Moore Cares This August: Supporting Local Education
This August, Moore Cares is all about learning and supporting the teachers and students in our community! Our team spent time at Sunburst Elementary, rolling up our sleeves to help teachers prepare for the new school year. From cutting and laminating classroom projects and assembling teacher furniture to setting up the cafeteria, organizing Chromebook carts, preparing classrooms, and helping with Meet the Teacher, we were happy to take a few things off their plates.
We also had the opportunity to give out 100 backpacks to local students, helping them start the school year ready to learn. For us, giving back isn't always about the biggest gesture — sometimes it's simply showing up, lending a hand, and making someone's day a little easier.

What Is Moore Cares?
Moore Cares is the community outreach initiative of Moore Chrysler Jeep FIAT in Peoria, Arizona.
Throughout the year, our team supports local schools, teachers, students, first responders, healthcare workers, children, families, nonprofits, and other organizations throughout Peoria and the surrounding West Valley.
Sometimes that means making a donation. Sometimes it means giving our time. And sometimes it means doing the little jobs that can make a big difference for someone else.
Whatever the need, we believe being a local dealership comes with a responsibility to take care of the community that continues to take care of us.
Supporting Local Schools & Education
One of the biggest focuses of Moore Cares is supporting education in our community.
Our team has had the opportunity to work alongside local schools and educators, including Sunburst Elementary School, helping teachers and staff prepare for their students.
We've assembled classroom materials, laminated and cut first-day projects, built furniture, organized learning spaces, prepared school areas, helped get classrooms ready for Meet the Teacher, and tackled the behind-the-scenes jobs teachers don't always have time to complete.
We've also helped provide school supplies and backpacks, including giving away 100 backpacks to local students.
Why?
Because every hour we can give back to a teacher is another hour they can spend focused on their students.
That's what Moore Cares is all about.
Showing Up for Local Children & Families
Supporting children and families throughout Arizona has long been an important part of who we are.
From fundraising and donation drives to supporting organizations helping children facing difficult circumstances, our team believes in using our resources and our reach to make a difference.
